November 10th – 12th, Optional Extra 2 Nights in Varanasi

Along with my trusted and experienced team in India, we are shaping a very special journey for November 2027, weaving together a tour in Northern India with a deeply nourishing Yoga and Ayurveda retreat in Kerala.

Join me on a deeply enriching yoga retreat in India, combining the cultural highlights of North India with a restorative Ayurveda and yoga retreat in Kerala.

This carefully curated journey blends iconic historical sites, gentle exploration, and spacious travel days with a full week of rest, yoga, and Ayurvedic wellbeing in South India.

Designed for those seeking a balance of cultural immersion and deep restoration, this retreat offers an unforgettable experience of India’s contrast — from the energy and history of the north to the lush stillness of the south.

Yoga Retreat in India – A Journey Through North India & Kerala

This India yoga retreat begins in Delhi and moves through Agra before continuing south to Kerala for a dedicated Ayurveda and yoga retreat.

The itinerary has been intentionally designed to keep travel manageable, allowing time to experience each destination without rush, while maintaining a calm and supportive retreat rhythm throughout.

Begin Your Journey – Delhi (1 night)

We begin and end the North India journey in Delhi, allowing time to settle in gently on arrival and return before travelling south.

During our time in Delhi, we explore key cultural and historical sites such as:

Humayun’s Tomb – a UNESCO World Heritage site and masterpiece of Mughal architecture
Gandhi Smriti – a peaceful and reflective memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi

There is also time to rest after your international flight and adjust to the rhythm of India before continuing the journey.

Agra – The Mughal Heart of India (2 nights)

From Delhi, we travel to Agra, home to some of the most iconic heritage sites in the world.
Here we experience:
Agra Fort – a vast and atmospheric red sandstone fortress filled with history

Taj Mahal – visited at sunrise for a peaceful and unforgettable experience of this world wonder

Mehtab Bagh – a tranquil riverside garden offering a quiet sunset view of the Taj Mahal

Itimad-ud-Daulah – often known as the “Baby Taj”, a beautifully intricate marble mausoleum

Return to Delhi – Final Night in the North (1 night)

We return to Delhi for our final night in North India, allowing time to rest, reflect, and prepare for the journey south.

This may include a visit to:

Red Fort and a guided exploration of Chandni Chowk, experienced in a structured and supported way, offering a glimpse into the colour, movement, and atmosphere of Old Delhi.

This final day completes the North India cultural journey before travelling to Kerala.

Kerala Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat (7 nights)

From Delhi, we fly to Kerala for the most restorative part of the retreat.

Set within a peaceful natural environment, this beautiful Ayurveda retreat centre offers space to slow down, reset, and deeply nourish body and mind.

During your 7-night stay, you will experience:

  • A consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor
  • Daily Ayurvedic massage
  • Two daily yoga sessions
  • Three nourishing vegetarian meals per day
  • Bottled water provided
  • Gentle local excursions
  • One evening of live traditional music
