Yoga Holidays, Jody in Aegina

Yoga holidays and retreats are a wonderful opportunity to relax and enjoy a daily practice, away from our usual routine and commitments. I always choose special venues that give a flavour of the country and enhance precious ‘me time’. My love of Yoga holidays began in 2000 when I first went on one to the Greek Island of Aegina with lovely Supi and discovered the benefits for myself.
The holidays are often full, so please do reserve your space soon to save disappointment.
