Yoga holidays and retreats are a wonderful opportunity to relax and enjoy a daily practice, away from our usual routine and commitments. I always choose special venues that give a flavour of the country and enhance precious ‘me time’. My love of Yoga holidays began in 2000 when I first went on one to the Greek Island of Aegina with lovely Supi and discovered the benefits for myself.
